Housing Board Homes
Homes are available to eligible adults as another residential choice through the Murray Ridge Housing Board, which purchases and renovates homes, renting to groups of no more than four residents who share living expenses and household chores. Rental payments are made to the Housing Board which uses these revenues for repairs and to make additional housing purchases. Placement and monitoring of consumers falls under the responsibility of the Lorain County Board of DD Service & Support Administration Department. There is a waiting list for this service.
